TechBurn Remote Support provides remote technology assistance for supported devices, software, accounts, and networks. Service availability and scope depend on the issue, device condition, internet access, third-party systems, and the selected plan.

2. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorized to access the devices and accounts presented for support. You are responsible for maintaining current backups, providing accurate information, and keeping account credentials secure.

3. Remote access authorization

By beginning a remote session, you authorize us to view and interact with the applicable device for troubleshooting. You may observe and terminate the connection at any time.

4. Fees and subscriptions

Fees, taxes, included services, billing timing, cancellation terms, and any recurring plan conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires your approval.

5. No guaranteed outcome

We use reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee every issue can be diagnosed or resolved remotely. Some problems may require hardware repair, replacement, third-party assistance, or on-site service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechBurn Remote Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harassment, abuse, or any purpose that could harm another person, device, account, or network.
